What is included in the rental?Tables, chairs, and dividers are included.

What is needed to reserve The Table for my event?We will place a hold on your date when the contract is executed but your reservation is not confirmed until payment is received in full.

How do I pay for my event?You can pay via cash or personal check. Checks can be made out to The Table. Your payment can be dropped off during the Duo58 café hours of operation listed on The Table Rental Info sheet. The Duo58 staff will secure your check/cash for The Table. A $150 damage deposit is also required. If paying by check, please write a separate check for this.

What if I need to cancel my event?If Renter(s) cancel for any reason within 30 days prior to the event date, all parties agree that 100% of the charges are non-refundable. If Renter(s) cancel for any reason prior to 31-60 days before the event, 50% of the charges are refundable. If Renter(s) cancel for any reason 61+ days before the event, a full refund will be given. Exceptions may be granted to return the deposit fees in full to the Renter(s) for (A) extenuating circumstances. Such requests must be submitted in writing or via email to The Table. Exceptions will be determined, granted and/or denied by the Pastor or the Board of Trustees at the time the request is made. Renter(s) will be notified in writing within fifteen (15) days of the request. If the request for full refund is granted, a check will be attached to the letter, however; if the request is denied, the letter will state reasons for the denial. (B) The Table is able to re-rent the facility on the cancelled date to another party for the same fees.

Is alcohol allowed at The Table?We do allow a champagne/wine toast only. No other alcohol.

What does “shared café space with divider” mean on the The Table Rental Info Sheet?The Table is partnered with DUO58, who runs a café in our space Monday through Saturday. If you would like to have an event at the table during the hours they are open, it is a shared space. We do have decorative wooden dividers that can be moved to separate the spaces. Please be considerate of noise levels during DUO café hours.

Can we move furniture for our event?Long Tables and chairs may be moved. Café seating and market are not allowed to be moved. Tables, chairs, dividers and furniture are not permitted to be moved outside the building. At the conclusion of your event, all furniture must be placed back PRECISELY in its original location which is marked by the floor as well as detailed in a printed floorplan on the conference room door. The RENTER is responsible to move all of the furniture in their desired configuration and back into place with some assistance from your host. Your host will also assist you with sweeping and garbage removal. The space needs to be completely reset within the timeframe rented.

Is there a The Table host present at my event?Yes! The Table provides a host to assist you with your event in relation to the facility. Tasks include: arriving at the agreed upon set up time, assisting you move tables and chairs, setting up microphone, speakers, and projector as needed, assisting reset of the tables and chairs, sweeping floors, garbage removal, and general oversight of the space.

Are we allowed to decorate for our event?Yes! But NO staples, tape, thumb tacks, paint or nails are used on the walls or furniture. We encourage Command hooks/products as they are removed easily.

Can we use candles on the tables?Yes, but the flame must be enclosed in a cylinder. No open flames. We prefer flameless candles for fire safety. Please note, if you use an enclosed candle and wax spills, you will be assessed a damage/additional cleaning fee.

How much time do I get to set up and clean up my event?You will need to book space for set up and reset in the hours you are renting. Generally for an event that has décor it takes minimum an hour to set up. If you are simply moving tables and chairs, a half an hour is generally sufficient. Same can be said for the reset of the space. $100 per hour is charged for each hour entered into outside of the contractual time.

Do you offer catering services?No, but please contact DUO58 directly for catering requests as they are our preferred vendor. You may contract with other catering companies or bring your own food. The Table must be provided with your caterer’s and any other vendor’s information that will have access to the facility along with a copy of their insurance rider at least fourteen (14) days prior to the event.

Tipping your host?Yes! If our staff has provided you with a level of service that you feel is to your satisfaction please feel free to tip them.

Is smoking allowed?The Table is a smoke-free facility. No smoking is allowed anywhere in or on The Table property.

Are pets allowed?While we too love our pets, we do not allow them on property. Only registered service animals are permitted.

Is there wifi, a sound system, and audio-visual equipment I can use?Wifi is available. We have a sound system in our venue where you can connect your device to play music. We also have a projector with an HDMI port. You must provide your own computer. If you need additional services, please contact The Table for assistance. Your event host will help you with connecting upon arrival.
